Each candle burns for approximately 45 hours with proper candle care.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $65.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Are your candles safe for pets?
While our candles are made with clean ingredients, we always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and keeping pets away from open flames.
Why does my candle look uneven after burning?
Natural waxes like coconut soy may develop uneven tops, frosting, or slight texture variations. This is completely normal and does not affect performance.
How do I get the best burn?
For the best candle experience:
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the top during the first burn
- Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time
